• Teach swim lessons to individuals and small groups of varying skill levels
• Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety
• Maintain constant supervision to ensure student safety
• Provide positive constructive feedback to help students progress
• Keep the pool area clean safe and organized
• Collaborate with fellow instructors to enhance program quality
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress

• Strong swimming ability (required)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Patient caring and enthusiastic when working with children of all abilities
• Availability to work afternoons and/or weekends
• Willingness to obtain required certifications or already certified
• CPR / First Aid
• Swim Instructor Certification (WSI preferred)
• Lifeguard certification (optional)
• Previous experience as a Swim Instructor coach or similar instructional role (preferred)
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
