Sweden GV PayrollBusiness Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional expertise for the Sweden payroll stream of a GlobalView implementation.

• Participate in requirements gathering documentation testing and validation of payroll processes and configuration.

• Collaborate with client and vendor teams to ensure compliance with Sweden-specific payroll and statutory requirements.

• Support data migration parallel testing and issue resolution during project phases.

• Liaise between business and technical teams to communicate payroll requirements and ensure accurate system setup.

• Contribute to process documentation and knowledge transfer activities.

Required Qualification(s):

• Proven experience supporting ADP GlobalView implementation projects.

• Strong knowledge of Sweden payroll processes legislation and statutory compliance.

• Experience with payroll testing data validation and process documentation.

• Fluency in English; Swedish language skills highly desirable.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Experience in multinational or regional payroll transformation projects.

• Familiarity with SAP HCM or similar HRIS environments.

• Strong analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Duration:
This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an anticipated start date of January 2026 and an initial duration through January 2027 with the possibility of extension.

Level of Effort:
Full-time during key project phases including testing and go-live.

Working Hours:
Primarily EMEA business hours. Remote work possible with alignment to European time zones.
