Overview
VOX Global a strategic communications firm isaccepting applicationsforourSustainability Reportingfellowship.This position willsupportVOXsaward-winningSustainability Strategy and Reportingteamintheir workdevelopingsustainability andESG reporting strategies and materialscraftingenvironmentalprogrammingconducting materiality assessmentsandcommunicatingimpactstoriesfor clients ranging from Fortune 10 companies to midsized businessesacross the globe.
The fellowship is a paid full-time9-monthpositionbased inourWashington DCoffice.We are looking for someone tojoin our teaminOctober/November.This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.Qualified applicants will have 1 year(s)of post-undergradexperience(preferably in sustainability/ESG) either through full-time work experience or having completed/enrolled in a graduate program.A successfulcandidatewillhaveexcellentwriting skillsstrongattention to detail a team-oriented attitudeandademonstratedinterest in corporate sustainability and ESG.Knowledge about reporting frameworks such astheGlobal Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD)the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB)is a plus.
Fellows contribute to projects fordiverseclients invariousindustries and will have a mentor for the duration of their fellowship. Those selected will also have opportunitiestoparticipatein professional development training togrowtheir skills.

Qualifications
College graduate with at least two prior internshipsor job positionsincommunicationssustainability/ESGpublic affairsor related fields and/or currently enrolled in/completed a graduate program
Demonstrated interestinthe principles of corporate sustainabilityresponsibilityand ESG
Long-term project experience either through coursework or prior careerexperience
Excellent research and analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Copy editing and proofing abilities
Data management skills
Ability toworkin a collaborative environment
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and workstreams simultaneously
Experience in or knowledge of sustainability/ESGreporting frameworksand report writingis a plus

Omnicoms policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time and many of our agencies as well as Omnicoms corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
