MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE:
1. 10 years quantity surveying (sqft drywall linear pipe distances cable length)
2. Must come from a large project 200-300M pharma NOT required. Oil and gas works!
3. Experience can work in lieu of a degree

Key Responsibilities
Measure and track installed quantities across the project including:
Square footage of drywall
Linear footage of piping
Cable and electrical installations
Other building and infrastructure components
Perform accurate quantity take-offs based on field progress
Monitor and report on construction progress against plan
Work closely with construction and project controls teams to validate installed work
Maintain clear documentation of measured quantities and progress metrics
Ensure alignment between field progress and project reporting requirements

Required Qualifications
10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor Quantity Measurer or similar role
Strong background in field-based measurement of installed construction work
Experience on large-scale capital projects ($200M $300M)
Ability to accurately quantify multiple trades (mechanical electrical architectural)
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills
