About the Role
Bohlers Tampa FL office is seeking aSurvey Technicianto support the field and CAD production efforts for projects this role youll prepare easements plats boundaries and ALTA Land Title surveys while assisting with deed compilation and base mapping. Working closely with Survey Managers Crew Chiefs and Project Managers youll help ensure that every survey is accurate complete and ready to drive the next phase of development.
What Youll Do
- Prepare and process easements plats boundary topographic and ALTA Land Title surveys
- Convert and compile field data into detailed survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Plot deeds establish base sketches and conduct basic research with minimal oversight
- Deliver and share data between field and office teams to maintain accuracy and alignment
- Identify and communicate technical issues or data discrepancies to project leads
- Support field crews as needed with calculations sketches or field setup coordination
- Contribute to project quality and efficiency by maintaining organized precise documentation

What Youll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework or degree in surveying engineering or related field a plus
- 1 years of CAD or field surveying experience preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and survey data management tools
- Strong math organizational and communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
- Self-starter who can manage priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
