Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and ready-to-learn Survey Technician to assist with field and office surveying activities. The Survey Technician supports licensed surveyors and survey crews by collecting accurate field data operating surveying equipment and assisting with survey calculations and documentation. This role may involve both field and office work depending on experience and project needs.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Utilize survey field equipment (GPS total station electronic level data collectors).
- Learn surveying field practice and procedures from senior survey staff.
- Assist survey crews with field data collection for boundary topographic ALTA/NSPS record drawing surveys and construction staking services.
- Basic ability to read and interpret survey maps plats and drawings.
- Record field notes sketches and electronic data clearly and accurately.
- Locate and mark property corners benchmarks and control points.
- Perform basic survey calculations and data processing under supervision.
- Assist with downloading organizing and reviewing field data.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid drivers license.
- CST certification (preferred).
- AutoCAD Civil 3D experience (preferred).
