Surveillance Operator

Essential Functions

• Maintains surveillance on designated areas and activities.
• Observes irregular activity as required.
• Operates all surveillance equipment including but not limited to monitors switches computers controllers and cameras as assigned.
• Provides CCTV and personal observations of all departments and applicable job functions to assure that all company policies and procedures are met with compliance.
• Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory departmental and company policies

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Must be familiar with camera equipment and those methods of operation and recording as required.
• Must be able to identify those cheating methods and other irregular activities.
• Must be able to successfully pass written and/or oral tests on a periodic basis displaying knowledge of all facets of the Gaming Operation.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must possess excellent basic math skills.

Required Certification/License:

• Must be able to obtain an Ohio Lottery Commission license
