Surveillance Officer Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Foster an environment that embodies Ballys Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled entertaining atmosphere
• Enthusiastically promote Ballys customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relationships
• Monitor Table Games and Electronic Gaming Device activity Armored Car pick-up and all areas where Chips and Vouchers are issued and redeemed Count Room Procedures as well as all other non-gaming areas throughout the property including but not limited to the entrance and exits
• Perform duties and responsibilities associated with the IGB Statewide Voluntary Self-Exclusion Program as described in Section A of Ballys Chicago Operating Co. LLC System of Internal Controls
• Report irregularities unusual and suspicious activities to the Surveillance Supervisor or Surveillance Shift Manager Director of Surveillance and the Illinois Gaming Board Docksite Supervisor/Agent
• Monitor and safeguard company assets
• Protect the overall integrity of gaming at the casino
• Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Target Salary Range: $24.50

Physical Demands Work Environment:

• Frequently required to stand walk and sit for prolonged periods of time
• Frequently required to define color
• Occasionally required to work at heights above 10 feet high
• Frequently required to lift items up to 25 pounds
• Frequently required to reach overhead
• Occasionally required to work in confined small areas for long periods of time
• You may be exposed to bright lights loud noise and stressful situations in this position.
