Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (OR Tech) to support surgical procedures in a fast-paced acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong operating room experience excellent sterile technique knowledge and the ability to work effectively with surgeons nurses and the surgical team.

• Prepare operating rooms instruments supplies and equipment for surgical procedures
• Maintain sterile field throughout surgical cases
• Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons during procedures
• Assist with patient positioning and surgical preparation
• Perform sponge needle and instrument counts according to policy
• Ensure proper handling and sterilization of surgical instruments
• Support surgeons and nursing staff during procedures
• Maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards
• Assist with room turnover and preparation for subsequent cases
• Float to other surgical areas as needed within scope of practice

• Minimum 2 Years of Surgical Technologist Experience
• BLS Certification Required
• NBSTSA or NCCT Certification Recommended
• Specialty Surgical Experience Required
• Experience in Acute Care Operating Room Setting
• EPIC Experience Preferred
• Must be able to float to sister facilities if needed
