Title: Surgical Technologist Operating Room (OR Tech)

Location: Santa Rosa California

Duration: Contract Assignment

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to assist in operating room procedures across multiple surgical specialties. This role requires strong OR experience adaptability and the ability to support a high-volume acute care surgical unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during operative and invasive procedures

• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments

• Handle surgical instruments supplies and equipment

• Support pre-op intra-op and post-op workflows

• Maintain strict aseptic and infection control techniques

• Anticipate surgeon needs during procedures

• Assist with setup and turnover of operating rooms

• Float to different surgical cases as required

• Participate in call coverage per unit schedule

• Ensure accurate tracking of surgical instruments and supplies

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years OR Tech experience (5 years preferred)

• Experience in acute care surgical settings required

• CA state license preferred (pending accepted)

• First-time travelers not accepted

• Ability to participate in call schedule required

• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and OR protocols
