Shift: Day Shift 3x12 Hours (7:00 AM 7:30 PM)
Weekly Hours: 36 Hours

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified OR Tech / Surgical Techfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Indianapolis IN.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently scrub and support liver transplant recipient procedures
• Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields and instrumentation
• Assist surgeons during transplant and specialty surgical cases
• Ensure compliance with aseptic technique and OR safety standards
• Handle surgical instruments supplies and specialized OR equipment
• Collaborate with surgeons anesthesia and perioperative staff
• Support efficient room turnover and surgical workflow

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 2 years of Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) experience
• Recent liver transplant experience required (hard requirement)
• Ability to independently scrub liver transplant recipient cases
• Experience with complex open abdominal procedures
• Strong OR knowledge in sterile technique and surgical setup
