Work hours: Full-Time Day Shift (40 Hours/Week) starting at 6:30 AM

Department Highlights:

Robust Unit Based Council (UBC) and engaged leadership team

Fast-Paced high-volume department averaging 75 surgeries/day

Level I Trauma Candidate performing high-acuity and intense surgical procedures capable of providing excellent clinical experience to the new hire.

Heres What You Need

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Experience

Previous patient care experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required

Skills

Read write and speak English; Able to stand/walk for majority of hours of their work shift; Easily move heavy equipment & supplies ( up to 250 lbs on wheels) without endangering themselves or others

What You Will Do

Completes routine stocking chores

Assists in moving patients to and from the operating room suites

Assists in room cleanup before and/or after surgery

Other duties as assigned
