Surgical Dental Assistant Hands-On Patient Care

WhatYoullDo:

• Prepareoperatoriesfor set-up decontamination sterilization cleaning restockingmaintaininglab & procedural areas and ensuring equipment is ready for each patient.

• Provides positive customer service to patients by escorting communicating andpreppingthem for care by doctor. Reviewhistoryand progress of treatment plans with patients.

• Administers oxygen & IV sedation as needed takes blood pressure

• TakesX-Rays impressions pours &preparesstudy models coordinates lab cases.

• Records treatment information on patients chartsschedulesappointments and providesfollow upandpost opdirection and instructions to patients.

What You Need:

• Graduate of accredited Surgical Assisting program

• Two years of Surgical Assisting experiencerequired

• Prosthodontics experience: including bone grafting & implants

• Skilled inutilizingstandard surgical office equipment including Autoclavestatim model trimmer Panoramic/CBCT oxygen laser intra oral camera hand pieces etc.

• CPR & First Aid Certified
