Job Summary

What Youll Do
  • Coordinate Surgeries for multiple physicians in our 3âOR center

  • Work Closely With Physician Offices to ensure every patient is fully prepped for surgery

  • Support Front Desk Operations checkâins phones mail data entry and more

  • Guide Patients Through Insurance questions with confidence and clarity

  • Keep our workflow smooth efficient and patientâfriendly

What Makes You a Great Fit
  • High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred

  • Experience in surgery scheduling or a medical office is a big plus

  • Fast accurate data entry and strong communication skills

  • Calm friendly and serviceâoriented even on busy days

  • Comfortable multitasking and staying organized
