Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Surgery Center Administrator to lead daily operations within an Ambulatory Surgery Center environment. The Administrator will oversee facility performance financial outcomes regulatory compliance and physician relations while ensuring high-quality patient care and operational efficiency.

This role requires strong healthcare leadership experience particularly in surgical or ASC settings with proven ability to manage budgets lead teams and drive organizational performance.


Key Responsibilities

Lead daily administrative clinical support and operational functions
Oversee financial performance budgeting and operational forecasting
Ensure compliance with regulatory accreditation and quality standards
Manage staffing workforce planning and employee performance
Support physician relationships credentialing and medical staff coordination
Oversee vendor and service contracts
Drive quality improvement patient safety and operational excellence initiatives
Prepare and present operational and financial reports to leadership boards
Identify opportunities for service line growth and operational improvement


Qualifications

Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred)
Nursing or clinical background preferred but not required
Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership or administrative management experience
ASC or hospital surgical leadership experience strongly preferred
Experience managing budgets and achieving financial targets
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
Experience working closely with physicians and clinical teams
Ability to manage multiple operational priorities effectively


Additional Requirements

Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards
Experience in P&L oversight and board-level reporting preferred
Ability to work across clinical and administrative environments
Valid ID required on-site as per facility compliance standards
