Surety & Fidelity Senior-Level Attorney

Senior-Level Attorney OpportunityChiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi PC (CSG Law) is seeking a senior-level attorney to join our Surety & Fidelity team in our New Jersey office. The ideal candidate for this role is a commercial litigator with 5 years of experience with significant experience litigating in the federal and state courts of both New York and New Jersey. Experience with surety construction litigation and/or insurance coverage matters is a plus. Essential functions:Manage all phases of litigations in state and federal courts from inception through resolution including pleadings discovery depositions and motion practiceRepresent clients and practice group with skill ethics and confidence before courts mediators and arbitratorsAbility to work both independently and in collaboration with practice group colleagues clients and other stakeholdersDevelop and implement strategies to achieve favorable and cost-effective resolutions for clients in both litigation and transactional mattersAbility to use creativity and flexibility to adapt to and succeed in difficult and changing circumstances Commitment to serving the goals needs and priorities of clients and practice group teammatesEngage in marketing and networking opportunities to cultivate the practice groups client baseThe expected salary range for this position is $185000 $ actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors including (without limitation) the role for which the applicant is hired the applicants qualifications relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Laws total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) discretionary bonuses; life health accident and disability insurance; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) invite you to learn about our Surety & Fidelity team and firm at .
