Position: Support Technician I
Job Type:Full Time

Qualifications:

• Education: Associates Degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work
  experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Help Desk or IT Support experience preferred.
• Technical Proficiency:

• • Strong knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe productivity suites email systems
    and ticketing software.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory network troubleshooting and remote
    desktop tools is a plus.
  • High degree of accuracy and organization in documentation and recordkeeping.

Support Technician I Position Highlights:

• Respond promptly and courteously to Help Desk calls emails and tickets ensuring
  each request is accurately logged and categorized
• Maintain precise and thorough documentation of all support activities including
  troubleshooting steps resolutions and follow-ups within the ticketing system.
• Provide user guidance and training on IT systems tools and best practices to
  reduce preventable support issues.
• Work closely with senior technicians system administrators and other IT team
  members to identify recurring issues and process gaps.
