Support Technician (80749)

TRICOR is in growth mode and looking to add an IT Support Technician. This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to internal staff by phone email remotely and/or in person relating to business applications and operating systems. Ideally we are looking to fill this role in our Lancaster WI office but would also consider our office location in Platteville WI.

As an IT Support Technician:

• You will systematically analyze support resolve and assist TRICOR Employees with computer application problem solving and effectively communicate with employees
• You have strong communication skills people skills and networking skills- Someone that can think on their feet and relate to different people and situations
• You are equipped to function in a competitive environment where self-discipline and time management are a necessity
• You are collaborative coachable and willing to learn new skills and software applications
• You can make sense of complex information technology issues and effectively and efficiently problem solve for successful outcomes
• You grow and maintain a high-level of information technology services knowledge
• You build key employee relationships with our employees

Misc. Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related area of business information technology; or two or more years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understand the Information Technology world/ industry from the insurance perspective
• Proficiency with MS office software products; Applied Systems EPIC software is preferred
• Day travel to and from various TRICOR locations
