JOB TITLE:Support Specialist

CLASSIFICATION:Non-Exempt

REPORTS TO:Claims Supervisor or Claims Manager

To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the claims teamensuringefficient operations and excellent customer service throughaccuratedocumentation communication management and organizational support.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete forms letters and other communications with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Set up andmaintainpaper and electronic files and databases

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently

  • Route internal and external inquiries to the proper source

  • Perform administrative tasks including expense processingmaintainingoffice supplies and assembling certified mail

  • Handle copying faxingscanningand filing documents accurately and efficiently

  • Completeadditionalduties as directed by supervisor or manager

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • High school degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred

  • 1 years of office/clerical experience

  • 2 years of customer service experience

  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications

Hourly Range $20-$22/ Hour
