To provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the claims teamensuringefficient operations and excellent customer service throughaccuratedocumentation communication management and organizational support.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete forms letters and other communications with accuracy and attention to detail
Set up andmaintainpaper and electronic files and databases
Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
Route internal and external inquiries to the proper source
Perform administrative tasks including expense processingmaintainingoffice supplies and assembling certified mail
Handle copying faxingscanningand filing documents accurately and efficiently
Completeadditionalduties as directed by supervisor or manager

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
High school degree or equivalent required; college degree preferred
1 years of office/clerical experience
2 years of customer service experience
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
Hourly Range $20-$22/ Hour
