Were committed to building a diverse workforce that values contributions of all team members and work to recognize cultural beliefs values traditions language preferences and health practices of the communities that we serve and how they apply to provision of positive health Services Supervisor Position Summary:The Support Services Supervisor oversees the daily operations of Patient Access Representatives (PARs) Targeted Case Management (TCM) Peer Support Services Skill Building Services and the Same Day Access (SDA) process. This position is responsible for ensuring timely efficient and person-centered access to behavioral health primary care and support services while promoting seamless coordination between front-end operations non-clinical services and clinical Services Supervisor Job Responsibilities:Provide leadership for PAR TCMs Peer Support and Skill Building staff to support an integrated person-centered approach to patient access engagement and service daily SDA operations by collaborating with the Clinical Site Director Intake Coordinator providers and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient flow scheduling and timely access to with staff and interdisciplinary team members to identify and address operational and patient-specific barriers impacting access engagement continuity of care and successful connection to recommended an integrated model of care by promoting collaboration among patient access clinical and non-clinical staff to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication throughout the patient workflows and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency patient experience and access to care.
