Support Associate (Spanish Bilingual)

Must be in the Las Vegasarea and have a reasonable commute to Las Vegas NV due to in-office requirements.

SCHEDULE: Full-Time Sunday - Thursday 11:00am - 8:00pm PST

COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $21 $25 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors including skill set experience location qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

Youll play a key role in supporting our clients through each step of their account journey providing clear guidance resolving questions and ensuring a positive experience.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls phone applications and electronic credit submissions.
• Verify client identities and clearly explains financing terms to build trust and understanding.
• Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues.
• Deliver exceptional service by resolving account questions concerns and disputes promptly and professionally.
• Review and confirm loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have but not Required! (Well train you!):

• Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
