You will be part of the North America IT Applications team supporting SAP Sales processes and driving transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and global IT to enhance SAP SD capabilities and deliver scalable solutions aligned with the organizations strategic objectives.
The SAP Sales Support Analyst is responsible for supporting and training the business on the Sales functional module of SAP. They also help with evaluating designing implementing and rolling out SAP project initiatives. They work closely with the business and global IT to determine current and future needs and work within SAP to provide solutions.
You will identify opportunities to improve business processes and design SAP solutions to support operations.
You will provide ongoing support and training to business users and manage the SAP ticket queue.
You will create user and technical documentation for SAP SD applications.
You will analyze current business processes and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
You will collaborate with global IT to design implement and deploy SAP enhancements.
You will lead or support projects related to SAP implementations and enhancements.
You will perform system testing and support end-to-end validation of solutions.
You will manage external support teams and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Required:
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
Experience in SAP SD or Order-to-Cash processes.
Strong understanding of business processes in Sales and Distribution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
SAP S/4HANA experience.
Experience with Fiori CDS views or reporting tools.
Experience in manufacturing or cable industry environments.
