Supply Technician – Due and Status File (DASF)

Summary:

Manages due-in due-out backorder requisition and status information to support timely SECREP sourcing customer support and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

Review validate and maintain due and status file information.

Track requisitions backorders due-ins due-outs and asset movements.

Coordinate with supply maintenance warehouse and customer personnel to resolve status discrepancies.

Support analysis of customer wait time fill rate backorder performance and asset availability.

Assist with weekly status reports and other required SECREP reporting.

Support accurate asset issue receipt accountability and redistribution activities.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma.

One to two years of military reparable-management experience.

Experience with inventory management distribution support stock positioning sourcing or supply-status management.

Ability to apply RIP secondary-reparable management processes and procedures.

Performs other duties as may be assigned.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.

Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled environment.
