Work Schedule: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Duration: Through 06/01/2027 (with possible extension)
Pay Rate: $16.00 $20.00 per hour

Job Summary:
The State of Delaware is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Supply Storage & Distribution Clerk II to support warehouse inventory and distribution operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving storing tracking and distributing materials and supplies while ensuring accurate inventory management and timely fulfillment of requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inspect store and distribute supplies and materials.

• Maintain inventory records and perform stock replenishment activities.

• Operate warehouse and mailroom equipment as required.

• Prepare materials for shipment and distribution.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage procedures.

• Assist with loading unloading and movement of materials within the facility.

• Follow safety procedures and agency policies at all times.

• Support daily warehouse and distribution operations as assigned.

Equipment Used:

• Inserters

• Cutter Machine

• Folder

• Pallet Jack

• Printers

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse inventory logistics mailroom or distribution operations preferred.

• Ability to lift move and organize materials safely.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must be able to pass fingerprint-based background screening.

• Interviews will be conducted by the client.

• Business casual/work attire: Jeans and polo shirt permitted.

• No state vehicle operation required for this position.
