MacLean-Fogg is hiring a Supply Chain Supervisor at our Plymouth MI this role you will lead the plants end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement inventory management production planning and logistics to improve efficiency control costs and support reliable operations.

  • Location: Plymouth MI

  • Work Arrangement: On-site

  • Schedule: Standard business hours

  • Pay: $95000-$105000 per year

  • Employment Type: Full-time / Salary

What Youll Do as a Supply Chain Supervisor
  • Lead and supervise the team responsible for coordinating the movement of raw materials in-process goods and finished products throughout the supply chain.

  • Oversee plant supply chain activities across procurement inventory management production planning and logistics.

  • Develop and administer inventory strategies that align stock levels with business needs while minimizing carrying costs.

  • Analyze historical data and demand trends to forecast inventory needs and adjust strategies as conditions change.

  • Build and maintain supplier relationships purchase required materials and submit purchase orders to support continuity of supply.

  • Coordinate logistics and material movement to support production schedules timely delivery and customer expectations.

  • Monitor employee performance and supply chain key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness.

  • Partner across departments to assess processes reduce waste improve efficiency and advance continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelors degree
