Job Summary
The North America Regional Supply Chain Planner performs the critical role of balancing supply with demand to ensure delivery of product to market to satisfy the sales plan while managing cost and working capital impact. In this role the Planner will:
Be responsible for master data and MRP settings of all assigned production resources
Maintain material balanced plans for all accountable resources
Create and maintain a production plan across the planning horizon that delivers the sales plan and is balanced for capacity
Collaborate with demand management assigned plants and export contacts to ensure alignment between the business and Production & Supply
Develop and implement a strategy to manage inventory to target levels
Understand the end-to-end supply chain capacities lead times & bottlenecks to ensure an efficient plan
Evaluate feasibility of forecast changes identify & communicate constraints in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings
Participate in the monthly Requirements & Operations Planning (ROP) meetings & new product launch teams
Identify & action obsolete slow or no-moving inventory
Lead or participate on planning improvement projects
Qualifications :
Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Logistics Business or similar
3 years in Supply Chain Operations or Logistics preferred
ERP MRP and Advanced Planning tool experience preferred
