Supply Chain Midstream Warehouse Supervisor

SUMMARY:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises Warehouse Technicians in performance of their duties ensuring the expected standards of job performance discipline and safety are met.
• Provides coaching to employees; participates in performance management discussions and in the selection process for staffing of future open positions.
• Provide oversight in the execution of daily warehouse operations including the handling of goods receipts goods issues picklists cycle counting stock put away logistics and quality control/assurance.
• Coordinate contract employees responsible for the handling and processing materials and supplies ensuring that the expected standards of job performance and safety are met as sites require.
• Maintain high Health Environment Safety & Security (HES&S) standards; lead and participate in activities supporting HES&S commitments.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies procedures guidelines and requirements related to warehousing and inventory control.
• 10% travel is expected to our regional warehouses

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Five (5) or more years warehousing or business relevant experience.
