Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with business objectives drive operational excellence and support organizational growth.
Lead all procurement sourcing and inventory management activities to ensure uninterrupted production optimal inventory levels and cost-effective material availability.
Establish negotiate and manage strategic supplier partnerships contracts and long-term agreements to secure quality materials competitive pricing and reliable supply.
Direct supplier performance management processes utilizing data-driven metrics to evaluate quality delivery responsiveness compliance and overall supplier effectiveness.
Oversee demand forecasting inventory planning replenishment strategies and inventory control programs to maximize inventory accuracy and improve inventory turns.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency streamline processes reduce costs and eliminate waste.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for procurement supplier performance inventory management and on-time delivery implementing corrective actions as needed to achieve operational targets.
Lead supplier qualification development and risk mitigation programs while ensuring the timely procurement of critical manufacturing materials components and fabrication consumables required to meet production schedules.

Formal Education Bachelors degree or relevant experience
Experience 7 years
Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.
Valid Drivers License and certified in Fork Lift Truck operation
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Operations Management Industrial Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
7-10 years of supply chain procurement or operations experience in manufacturing.
3-5 years of leadership experience managing buyers planners inventory control personnel or logistics teams.
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Job requirements change requiring re-training to stay current every 1-2 years.
