Supply Chain Manager

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee full supply chain lifecycle from sourcing and procurement to distribution and delivery.
Manage domestic and international supplier relationships including pricing quality and delivery terms.
Implement and monitor strategies that align with seasonal demands & market trends.
Utilize supply chain management software (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) to forecast demand track shipments and monitor performance metrics.
Develop contingency plans for delayed shipments and coordinate alternative solutions.
Assess and compare vendors using cost quality reliability and scalability as key evaluation metrics.
Identify and eliminate inefficiencies and waste through continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate complex multi-supplier shipments to align with production schedules and reduce bottlenecks.
Estimate supply chain budgets and timelines for new product launches client onboarding or scaling efforts.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or related field; MBA or APICS/CPIM certification preferred.
5 years of progressive experience in supply chain or logistics management preferably in a global or multi-site environment.
Proficiency in supply chain planning software (e.g. SAP SCM Oracle SCM Cloud etc.).
Experience managing high-volume procurement transportation logistics and fulfillment across diverse vendor networks.
Experience establishing KPIs and using data to drive performance improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Excellent communication and leadership skills across cross-functional and multi-site teams.
Highly organized analytical and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Strong knowledge of supply chain compliance safety and sustainability standards.
Willingness to travel to vendor warehouse or production sites as required.
