Pay: $90000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement inventory management production planning logistics and supplier relationships within a growing aerospace manufacturing environment. The Supply Chain Manager will ensure materials are available to support production schedules while meeting quality regulatory and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business and production goals.
• Manage purchasing sourcing vendor negotiations and supplier performance.
• Oversee inventory levels forecasting material planning and logistics operations.
• Collaborate with engineering quality and production teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead and develop buyers planners warehouse and logistics personnel.
• Monitor KPIs related to cost savings inventory supplier performance and delivery metrics.
• Support ERP/MRP systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100 ITAR FAA and other aerospace requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of supply chain procurement or operations experience.
• 3 years of aerospace defense or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP Oracle Infor or Epicor.
• Strong leadership negotiation analytical and communication skills.
• APICS/CPIM CSCP or PMP certification is a plus.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required due to ITAR compliance.
