Position SummaryThe Supply Chain / Procurement Intern will support sourcing purchasing supplier management and supply chain operations activities. This internship provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams to improve processes analyze data support vendor relationships and contribute to cost-saving and operational efficiency ResponsibilitiesAssist with procurement and sourcing activities including supplier research and quote purchase order and contract administration spend supplier and inventory data to identify trends and improvement maintain procurement records reports and supplier with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and support purchasing in supply chain and procurement projects focused on process improvement and cost presentations reports and recommendations for leadership other duties and special projects as in Microsoft Excel SharePoint and other Microsoft Office analytical and problem-solving communication and organizational to work independently and collaboratively in a team in procurement sourcing supply chain operations and business SkillsExperience with data analysis or reporting with ERP or procurement attention to detail and ability to manage multiple You Will GainExposure to corporate procurement and supply chain working with vendors and internal business to contribute to real business initiatives and process development and networking REQUIREMENTSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
