Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager

As the Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager you will lead the development optimization and execution of Mega Savers inventory warehouse and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for implementing inventory management systems improving inventory accuracy streamlining warehouse processes and ensuring efficient product flow across the organization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach who can drive operational improvements reduce costs and support the continued growth and success of our stores.

What Youll Do:

• Lead and manage warehouse operations inventory control and supply chain processes.
• Evaluate implement and maintain inventory management systems and best practices.
• Develop standardized inventory procedures across all locations.
• Monitor inventory levels product movement and warehouse performance.
• Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Oversee inventory counts audits cycle counts and reconciliation processes.
• Manage warehouse organization receiving storage and distribution activities.
• Collaborate with store operations purchasing and leadership teams to ensure inventory availability.
• Develop reporting and KPIs to measure inventory and warehouse performance.
• Identify process improvements that enhance productivity accuracy and cost savings.
• Train and support managers and team members on inventory and warehouse procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience in supply chain inventory management warehouse operations or logistics.
• Experience implementing or managing inventory management systems preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in retail convenience store grocery distribution or multi-location operations is preferred.
