Supply Chain Analyst

Distribution Network Planner
Are you an experienced supply chain planner who enjoys balancing inventory customer needs and supply across a complex network In this role you will help determine where inventory should be positioned and when it needs to move to support customer service while maintaining healthy inventory levels. You will work across global sites and collaborate with planning manufacturing procurement logistics and customer service teams to identify supply risks develop solutions and improve the way inventory flows throughout the network.

What Youll Do
Lead distribution and replenishment planning across assigned global locations translating demand requirements into inventory and supply plans.
Monitor projected demand inventory production and supply to identify potential shortages excess inventory and imbalances across the network.
Develop recommendations for inventory deployment and transfers between locations particularly when supply is constrained or customer priorities change.
Partner with manufacturing and site planning teams to understand production capabilities supply constraints lead times and their impact on inventory availability.
Coordinate cross-functional responses to supply disruptions inventory shortages replenishment challenges new product launches promotions and seasonal demand.
Provide forward visibility into inventory and supply risks and work with execution teams to develop recovery options that protect customer service.
Use enterprise planning systems and analytics to improve inventory visibility planning parameters replenishment processes and network planning decisions.

What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in supply chain operations business engineering or a related field.
Several years of experience in supply planning inventory planning manufacturing planning distribution planning or a related supply chain discipline.
Strong understanding of inventory management replenishment production planning and balancing supply with demand.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using enterprise resource planning and data analytics tools; experience with JD Edwards is preferred.
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions locations and geographies.
Strong communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across teams without direct authority.
A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to strengthen planning processes and inventory performance.
