Background & Purpose of the Job:
Support the Supply Chain organization with indirect purchasing logistics management reporting ad hoc projects.
Who You Are & What Youll Do:
Data Analysis & Reporting:Analyze supply chain datasets to identify bottlenecks inefficiencies and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Process Optimization: Design develop and maintain reports dashboards and metrics to track operational performance.
Vendor Management:Collaborate with suppliers to optimize delivery times and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Collect data on supply chain operations.
- Analyze data to identify areas of supply chain operations to improve efficiency.
- Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with shippers and vendors.
- Assess vendor operations and enforce compliance with quality standards.
- Measure supply chain performance and report to management.
- Work with the procurement logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
What Youll Need to Succeed:
Required Education
- Bachelors degree in supply chain management Logistics Business Administration or a related field.
Required Experience
- 25 years of experience in Supply Chain Procurement Logistics or a related operational field.
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
General Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including PivotTables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and other advanced analytical functions. Experience with SQL and ERP systems preferably SAP.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
Salary range of $80000$90000 commensurate with experience.
