Likewize is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team in our Flower Mound distribution center.

As our Supply Chain Analyst youll combine data problem-solving and collaboration to help keep our supply chain running at its best. From reporting and analytics to purchasing and process improvements no two days are exactly alike. Your Key Areas of Focus

• Drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs monitoring program performance and delivering actionable insights that improve supply chain efficiency cost management and business outcomes.

• Support a variety of supply chain initiatives including trade-in programs reverse logistics e-commerce operations and other strategic business functions.

• Manage inventory health through transaction oversight inventory analysis replenishment planning and optimization of product allocation across sales channels.

• Partner with Inventory Control Finance Purchasing Sales and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies support reconciliations and drive continuous process improvements.

• Create process and maintain purchase orders sales orders work orders transfer orders and other critical operational transactions with a high degree of accuracy.

• Develop and enhance reports dashboards Excel models and data solutions that increase visibility support decision-making and streamline operations.

• Champion automation and workflow improvements while successfully balancing multiple projects meeting deadlines and providing exceptional internal customer support.

What Were Looking For

• A Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Operations Business or a related field that demonstrates your expertise.

• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to turn data into insights using tools like Pivot Tables and Power Query.

• Someone whos analytical and curious with a knack for solving problems spotting trends and turning complex data into meaningful recommendations.

• Someone whos highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

• Someone thats self-motivated and proactive able to balance competing priorities take ownership of projects and deliver results with minimal oversight.

• A collaborative communicator who enjoys partnering across teams and brings experience supporting supply chain inventory logistics warehouse or operations functions.

Extra Skills Wed Love to See

• Ability to navigate ERP systems like NetSuite SAP Oracle JDE or similar platforms.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL that shows your dedication to data analytics.

• Experience in advanced Excel tools like INDEX/MATCH and Power Query to complement your current skillset.

Where We Work

Our Flower Mound distribution center is located on Lakeside Parkway in the DFW Trade Center offering easy access to major highways as well as a 10-minute commute to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. We take pride in the onsite amenities we provide for our distribution center team including a climate-controlled work environment a beverage station with coffee tea and filtered ice & water multiple vending machines for convenient dining options and personal lockers for storing personal belongings.
