POSITION SUMMARY

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and improving supply chain operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials products and information from suppliers through delivery. This role leverages data analysis reporting and cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities that reduce cost improve service levels and enhance overall operational efficiency.

The Supply Chain Analyst serves as a key link between procurement operations logistics and inventory management functions by providing data-driven insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities

  • Collects interprets and analyzes logistics and supply chain data including product availability system reliability inbound shipment status and inventory transactions
  • Tracks product flow from origin to delivery to ensure efficiency and identify bottlenecks
  • Reviews supply chain processes and identifies recommends and implements improvements to minimize delays and reduce costs
  • Uses analytical methods and tools to evaluate predict and improve logistics operations and inventory accuracy
  • Monitor warehouse operations and inventory transactions including receiving storage shipping and inventory integrity
  • Analyzes macroeconomic and market trends and supports decision-making (e.g. material pricing hedging considerations)
  • Develops and maintains reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with procurement operations and logistics teams to support supply chain initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Metal hedging - Monitor analyze and make recommendations for our aluminum hedging.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering or related field required. Masters degree preferred.
  • 35 years of experience in supply chain logistics or data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables data analysis etc.)
  • Experience with ERP or supply chain systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is $26.00 to $39.25. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills relevant experience business needs and geographic location.
