Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Quality Lead to join our dynamic team in San Antonio TX.

Leads a team of Supplier Quality professionals supporting the BDS VC25B Presidential program. Accountable for supplier quality processes metrics system requirements cost avoidance/savings analysis training and continuous process improvement. Advises leadership leads crossfunctional teams and presents solutions for complex enterprise quality issues. Ensures compliance with contractual regulatory FAR/DFAR AS9100 and engineering requirements. Works independently in a fastpaced environment and collaborates across functions and levels.

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a Supplier Quality team supporting program needs and oneBoeing solutions.
• Investigate complex nonconformances recommend dispositions and standard repairs and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards such as AS9100.
• Demonstrated skills in data analysis metrics rootcause analysis and process improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and crossfunctional leadership abilities.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in a fastpaced regulated environment.
• May require interaction across multiple organizations sites customers and industry bodies.
• Must ensure compliance with contractual legal and regulatory requirements during all activities.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Experience with QMS (Quality Management System)
• 5 years of collecting data from multiple sources performing analysis and presenting data
• 5 experience do you have working in Quality Supplier Quality or Supplier Management
• 5 year of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5 years of experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Bachelors degree or higher

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.
