Key Responsibilities
- Evaluates technical requirements of new and existing Best Know Method work with supplier to define or recommend prats cleaning solution which would result in savings lead time reductions system improvements increased parts life and/or mitigated risk.
- Work with Surface Tech or Quality teams to ensure the integrity and clarity of engineering drawing requirements make sure all expectations are communicated effectively to supporting suppliers.
- Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base that provides competitive advantage in quality value/cost delivery and technology.
- Leads the supplier technical audit process and evaluates supplier performance and capability drive continuous improvement opportunities at supplier. Training other supplier engineers on the supplier audit and evaluation process.
- Participation with Quality team in quality problem resolutions and incident management supervise supplier corrective and preventive action. Identifies and drives broad based systemic supplier resolutions at the process level.
- Assist in cost planning by monitoring key cost drivers supply markets to ensure a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelors / Masters Degree in chemistry mechanical materials etc. engineering disciplines
- 10-20 years working experience in the semiconductor industry or parts manufacture/cleaning related field
- Good communication skill influence skill successful project experience on new product introduction or Lean project or quality upgrade
- Good integrity strong IP awareness protect Applied benefit when working in supplier site
- Able to support significant domestic travel >50%
- Knowledge and successful experience on automation AI is nice to have.

YesThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location hire grade job-related knowledge skills experience and with consideration of internal equity of our current team addition to a comprehensive benefits package candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program as applicable.
For all sales roles the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
