Supplier Component Validation Specialist

Validation & Engineering Group Inc. (V&EG) a Pinnaql company is a leading services supplier who provides solutions for the Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Chemical Food and Medical Devices industries in the following areas: Laboratory Compliance Computer Engineering Project Management Validation and other services.

We are seeking a talented dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position:

• Supplier Component Validation Specialist

Description:

• Responsible for component testing sampling and acceptance criteria
• Write edit and complete writing protocols supplier quality agreements and acceptance reports
• Analyze batch/component data and reconcile discrepancies including common component materials and basic failure modes.
• Support procurement receiving QA and engineering teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Biology Chemistry Materials Science Engineering or related
• 25 years in supplier qualification incoming component testing supplier assessments
• Knowledge of GxP/GMP and supplier qualification expectations
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Full-time on-site; able to support occasional weekends/extra hours
• Preferable: Prior experience with supplier quality programs in medical device industry
• Preferable: Familiarity with ISO 13485 and supplier quality metrics
