Join us during this dynamic phase of growth and expand your leadership skills while helping build a high-performing warehouse operation that supports a growing pharmaceutical manufacturing Operations & Inventory ManagementSupervise daily warehouse operations including receiving shipping inventory control material handling storage and distribution accurate inventory transactions and material movements within warehouse management and ERP inventory levels and support inventory reconciliation material flow to support manufacturing and operational warehouse operations across both first and second shift activities as material handling equipment and ensure team members are properly trained and & Employee DevelopmentLead coach and develop warehouse employees while establishing clear performance day-to-day supervision and support for warehouse employee training and ensure compliance with departmental a culture of safety accountability teamwork and continuous staffing scheduling and workload management Quality & DocumentationEnsure compliance with GMP requirements SOPs GDP practices and company investigations CAPAs deviations and corrective actions associated with warehouse in SOP development revisions and implementation accurate documentation and inventory records in accordance with regulatory internal audits customer audits and regulatory inspections as Process Improvement & CollaborationDevelop proficiency with Dynamics 365 and other warehouse management opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency inventory accuracy and operational warehouse KPIs and support continuous improvement closely with Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain Planning and Materials Management as a key resource and partner to warehouse management and site of 5 years of warehouse inventory control logistics supply chain or materials management supervisory team lead or people leadership experience within a pharmaceutical biotechnology medical device CDMO or other GMP-regulated environment is strongly knowledge of warehouse operations inventory control receiving shipping and material handling working within regulated environments requiring documentation accuracy and procedural certification or previous forklift operating experience utilizing ERP systems warehouse management systems inventory control systems or similar software with Dynamics 365 is communication organizational and problem-solving to effectively manage multiple priorities and support operational needs across multiple supporting investigations CAPAs SOP revisions and compliance activities is supporting FDA inspections regulatory audits or quality initiatives is Demands / QualificationsEmployees are required to regularly use their hands to handle materials and is required to regularly stand walk bend and move throughout warehouse must be able to safely operate material handling must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 is required to effectively use computers and electronic communication must follow all site safety procedures and wear required to work in a warehouse environment and support operational activities across multiple shifts as our One Team mission of manufacturing more tomorrows.
