Supervisor (Student), (Taylor University)

AVI Foodsystems is looking for an energetic and optimistic leader to fill the role of Student Supervisor at Taylor University in Upland IN.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Train and guide other team members on job duties proper food safety and sanitation procedures customer service etc.
• Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
• Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers needs
• Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest customers clients team members etc.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred
• Previous food service experience required
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
• Requires occasional lifting carrying pushing pulling of up to 25 lbs
