Position: Supervisor Rehabilitation Services

The Supervisor Rehabilitation Services is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of rehabilitation programs including physical therapy
occupational therapy and/or speech-language pathology services. This role ensures high-quality patient care
regulatory compliance and efficient departmental performance. The Supervisor provides leadership guidance
and support to clinical staff while fostering a collaborative patient-centered environment.

• Supervise day-to-day operations of rehabilitation services to ensure efficient workflow and patient care
  delivery
• Monitor staffing levels scheduling and productivity to meet service demands
• Assist in budget management resource allocation and cost control
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to rehabilitation staff
• Ensure adherence to best practices clinical standards and evidence-based care
• Participate in direct patient care as needed
• Recruit onboard train and evaluate staff performance
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities
• Address employee relations issues in collaboration with HR

Education:

• Occupational Therapist: Requires a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program;
  Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy earned prior to July 1 2007 from an accredited program with
  current licensure and certification may be accepted based on historical requirements.

• Physical Therapist: Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and
  current licensure. Bachelors or Masters degrees in Physical Therapy earned prior to January 1 2015 from
  accredited programs with current licensure may be accepted based on historical requirements.

• Speech Pathology: Masters Degree in speech-language pathology (Required)
  Doctorate Degree (Preferred)
  One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of
  relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.

Experience:

• One year of relevant education may be substituted for one year of required work experience or one year of relevant professional-level work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
• 5 years of experience in rehabilitation services or a related field (Required)
• Current state licensure in Physical Occupational or Speech Language Pathology or state certification in a
  Rehabilitation Health related field. Valid CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) required.

• Licensure and Certification:

  • Current state licensure in Physical Occupational or Speech Language Pathology or state certification in a Rehabilitation Health related field. Valid CPR certification (Healthcare Provider) required.

Salary Range: Minimum $45.65/hour - Maximum 79.91/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
