Supervisor Production ID1

Position: Production Supervisor Shift: ID1 Rotating Shift Hours: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM Department: Production Operations

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the ID1 rotating shift. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with handson production experience excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain workflow safety compliance and production goals in a fastpaced environment.

• Oversee daily production workflow and shift activities
• Lead and support production teams to meet operational targets
• Ensure full compliance with all safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Monitor equipment production output and shift performance
• Coordinate with maintenance quality and management teams
• Train coach and guide employees to maintain high productivity
• Complete shift reports logs and documentation accurately
• Maintain a safe organized and efficient work environment

• Previous experience in production or manufacturing operations
• Strong leadership and teammanagement skills
• Ability to work a 12hour ID1 rotating shift (6 AM 6 PM)
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• Reliable organized and able to manage multiple priorities
