Supervisor Operations 2nd shift

We are looking for a2nd shift Production Supervisorto join our Operations team. You will be responsible for the supervision of our plant operations to ensure production of high quality sweet flavors beverage ingredients and food products on time and in full while working safely. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM with overtime as required by business needs.

What youll do:

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to achieve production demands.
• Monitor and participate in production processes to ensure safety quality and efficiency of production.
• Foster a safe workplace by enforcing safety regulations and providing thorough training to enhance employee understanding of safety quality and productivity procedures.
• Lead and develop the team in a professional environment conduct shift start up meetings and foster a safety and quality culture.

What youll bring:

• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
• A strong mechanical aptitude with proficiency in various systems combined with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of production and management.
• Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset with the intention of streamlining team workflows.
• Experience working in manufacturing ideally food chemical or related industry.

Wage Range:

The salary range for this position is $69550 to $90000 USD.
