Hours: 6pm-7am (2-2-3 schedule) 15% shift differential

We have industry-leading sterile injectable facilities providing solutions to take essential products from pre-clinical to the market. Pharmaceutical products come in many different dose forms including inhalations oral dose cream/ointment and injectables.
The B52 Supervisor (Combi 1) provides frontline leadership for manufacturing and filling operations ensuring safe compliant and efficient production of high-quality pharmaceutical this role you will lead production teams drive continuous improvement initiatives and support operational excellence while maintaining compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop production teams while fostering accountability engagement and organizational change.
- Ensure production quality schedule and cost objectives are achieved while addressing deviations.
- Maintain compliance with cGMPs FDA OSHA and internal quality requirements.
- Plan monitor and adjust daily production schedules to meet customer commitments.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
- Evaluate employee performance coach team members and complete performance reviews.
- Support technical issue resolution and successful transfer of new manufacturing processes.
- Develop and maintain production documentation procedures and work instructions.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Monitor attendance approve timecards ensure required training completion and perform other assigned duties.
- Bachelors degree in Physical Biological Chemical Production Science or related field strongly preferred. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- 5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of aseptic processing and manufacturing operations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated dependable and results oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams resolve complex problems and motivate employees.
- Strong judgment confidentiality and time management skills.
- Requires standing walking stooping kneeling lifting up to 50 pounds occasional pushing/pulling over 100 pounds manual dexterity prolonged computer use and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
