Supervisor

Great Southern Wood Preserving Inc. makers of Yellawood brand Pressure Treated Pine is seeking a Supervisor. This position will direct production and distribution operations for a plant shift including managing production personnel production performance and employee safety. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and a full benefits package.

• Coordinates production distribution warehousing and shipping of products per company policies principles and procedures established by the Plant Manager.
• Ensures employee safety and compliance with governing regulatory agencies including OSHA and EPA.
• Oversees housekeeping of plant facilities and equipment during shift operations.
• Maintains positive employee relations and compliance with employment policies and regulations.

• Associates degree with two (2) years related supervisory experience and/or training in the wood treating or lumber industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
