What Youll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Maintain responsibility for the installation start-up maintenance troubleshooting and repair of all mechanical and electrical processes used in the manufacture of mattresses mattress components and similar bedding products. Such equipment may include: sewing equipment foam fabrication equipment motors pumps conveyors belts fans etc.

Manage and maximize the output of plant equipment used in production functional longevity and aesthetic of the products.

Plan delegate and perform work that requires a thorough knowledge of electrical and mechanical theories and principles written specifications local and national electrical codes properties of various materials and the principles of operation and application for electronic equipment.

Directly manage all maintenance staff contractors OEMs to ensure safety timely production and completion of their projects.

Collaborate with Plant Director and Department Supervisors to ensure successful accomplishment of the sites production needs.

Perform other duties as assigned.
