Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Supervisor Level Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team. This role will focus on supporting margin improvement engagements through in-depth analysis of healthcare operations supply chain and revenue cycle management. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of healthcare operations supply chain and revenue cycle metrics.
• Identify trends variances and opportunities for margin improvement.
• Develop and present detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance operations and clinical staff to gather data and understand operational challenges.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to discuss findings and recommendations.
• Identify inefficiencies within healthcare operations and propose solutions to enhance performance.
• Lead initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain processes and revenue cycle management.
• Supervise and mentor junior analysts providing guidance on analytical methods and best practices.
• Ensure all analyses comply with regulatory and industry standards.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in healthcare administration Business Administration Finance or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics business analysis or a related field.
• Proven experience in margin improvement initiatives within healthcare settings.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau).
• Familiarity with healthcare data systems and electronic health records (EHRs).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in mentoring junior staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean).
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
