Join our team as an Equestrian Supervisor at Shenandoah Crossing supporting daily operations of our equestrian center while ensuring the safety and well-being of horses guests and staff. This role includes leading trail rides coordinating horse care maintaining facilities and supervising a team of associates. Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this role is $22.00 $23.95 per hour Based on experience.

Qualifications:
- 35 years of equestrian or related experience
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership and horsemanship skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks and manage challenging situations
What Youll Do:
- Lead horseback rides instructing guests on accurate riding techniques and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience
- Provide outstanding care for horses including feeding grooming and saddling
- Supervise and mentor both full-time and seasonal employees encouraging a collaborative and productive work environment
- Assist in scheduling and managing the riding program ensuring flawless operations
- Maintain and inspect trails barns and stalls ensuring cleanliness and safety
- Coordinate administrative tasks such as program tracking and fee reconciliation
- Determine and report any horse illnesses or injuries promptly
- Successfully implement all safety and operational standards
This is a hands-on outdoor role requiring physical activity and a passion for horses and guest experience. You will have the chance to lead a dedicated team contribute to maintaining high standards and build memorable experiences for our guests!
