Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton VA is hiring a Supervisor for Environmental Services. This is a full time evening shift (2nd) position but will also have oversight over the 3rd shift.
Hours
Monday - Friday: 3pm - 11:30pm
Rotating Weekends
Overview
The Environmental Services Supervisor assists the manager in planning organizing supervising coordinating and controlling the activities of the department functions which are necessary to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Participate in the work activities of assigned teams through providing assistance serving as technical resource and participating in the work as a member of the team. Contributes to the success of the department through effective work coordination management of resources and participation in goal accomplishment. Support and communicates Sentara mission values goals and directions to assigned team members.
Education
High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
Some College (Preferred)
Experience
1 year of Supervisory experience (Required)
Previous housekeeping/ESD experience (Strongly Preferred)
